Next Gen Tomb Raider Confirmed, Will Offer More Choices

The development team at Square Enix in charge of the Tomb Raider franchise announces that a next generation game featuring Lara Croft is already in development and the company plans to soon deliver more information about it.

Phil Rogers, the chief execuctive officer of the publisher for North American and European operations, revealed the new in an official blog.

He stats, "we’ll offer gamers more choice, support more platforms and try new things – but we will make sure that whatever the platform, we’ll always keep our focus on raising the quality bar. We feel that is what gamers should expect from a Square Enix game."

A new Tomb Raider video game is just a part of a wider str ategy from Square Enix to launch new blockbusters on the PC, next gen consoles, tablets and mobile devices.
