Scientists Are 95% Sure Climate Change Is Man-Made, Leaked UN Report Says

Unfortunately, many still wrack their brains trying to find arguments that might convince others that, provided that it is indeed taking place, climate change is by no means man-made.

Scientists, on the other hand, are very much convinced that climate change is happening.

What's more, they are almost sure it's happening because of human society's not-so-environmentally-friendly ways.

A leaked UN report indicates that, for the time being, the scientific community is 95% certain that climate change and global warming are man-made phenomena.

Interestingly enough, a similar report issued back in 2007 says that, at that time, scientists were 90% sure that that was the case. In 2001, they were 66% certain, and in 1995, they were 50% sure.

I don't know why, but something tells me they'll be 100% convinced soon enough. < br />
Sources
say that, in this report, specialists state that, all things considered, human activity (especially the practice of burning fossil fuels) is to blame for about half of the global increase in temperatures reported between the years 1951 and 2010.

By the looks of it, specialists are now trying to determine how climate change and global warming will affect various parts of the world, and figure out means to somehow fight back these phenomena.

The report is to be officially released in October 2014.
